We were asked to help an online store increase their web presence and sales. With a mixture of SEO, stylish makeover and practical advice, we did just that. Now read how we did it.

The Starting Point

The first, and probably most obvious, thing to do was to ascertain what our starting point was. The site had been up and running for about six months, but nobody knew how many visitors it was receiving, how they were finding the site, what they were looking at, and when they were leaving.

With the help of the wonderful Google Analytics, we were able to find out how people were finding and using the website, and then build up a plan of action.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

We performed a number of different operations on the website to ensure that it performed properly in the search engines. Some were technical tweaks to the code, others were keyword recommendations. We also ensured that Google's features were fully utilised, which enabled us to fully exploit the search engine's services.

The Makeover

Finally, we gave the website a new feel. Although only a few changes were made, they were strategically implemented to draw visitors towards the products. This complimented the products, not competed with them.

The Result

Chic Boutique UK's transformation from a struggling store into a rapidly growing emporium has been phenomenal! In the space of less then two months, visitor numbers have sky-rocketed, and sales have soared.
