Bringing a new and unique product to the UK, Wolverhampton-based Frozen Solutions needed a way to market, explain and sell. Pragmatic Design, who had previously created Frozen Solutions' logo, were asked to provide the answer.

The website needed to fulfil a number of key purposes:

• firstly, the product, a frost-free outdoor standpipe, is the first of it's kind specifically developed for UK specifications and great emphasis needed to be placed in helping potential customers to understand the benefits;
• installation and maintenance instructions were required;
• customers needed to be able to purchase their products in an easy, quick and secure manner;
• the website needed to be easy to maintain and grow as more products are added;
• and, of course, the website needed to be search engine friendly.

Our solution

Pragmatic Design provided a unique website, blending together solutions to each of the points with an easy to maintain content management system (CMS). A simple checkout process allows customers to speed through the buying process, and enable staff to efficiently process orders and manage the website.
