The Haven Wolverhampton's website design was rapidly approaching it's tenth birthday. It was time to give it a makeover, making it faster, cheaper to run, easier to find and more user friendly. Find out what we did.

Managed by their staff, The Haven Wolverhampton's website is a valuable resource for women suffering from Domestic Violence, visited by thousands of visitors every year. When the template was designed nearly ten years ago, it employed the standards of the time- both in design and construction. But standards become outdated, nowhere quicker than in the world of communication!

Pragmatic Design produced a new template which could be easily applied to existing pages, and included The Haven Wolverhampton's new corporate identity, completely new navigation system and streamlined, search engine optimised (SEO), code. The resulting template now uses 79% less bandwidth than the original, and loads in a fraction of the time of the original, saving the charity money on running costs and valuable time for the user.
